Liz (Wasden) Lampton is a communications professional focused on communications, including both strategic planning and execution. She spent more than fifteen years in New York City working mostly inside media and technology companies placing, killing, and strategizing earned media placements. Liz has worked inside the newsrooms of BuzzFeed, Forbes and CBS News, helped launch a nationally syndicated talk show with Jeff Zucker and Katie Couric as her primary stakeholders, and was a part of Facebook’s consumer communications team, managing the mass message of campaigns like the launch of video on Instagram and Facebook’s tenth anniversary as a company. She is comfortable with leaders and collaborators of all levels and backgrounds. A Georgia native, Liz is now a communications consultant based in Columbus, Georgia, where she lives with her husband.
